Jim McLaughlin just finished his ninth season as Head Coach for the UW women's volleyball program.
In 2008 the team finished 5th in the NCAA Final poll with 3 players earning All-America Honors. In 2006, he led the team to their third consecutive trip to the Final Four. In 2005, they swept both Tennessee and then #1 ranked Nebraska to end the year as NCAA National Champions!!
McLaughlin was named the 2004 NCAA National Coach of the Year and received the 2002, 2004 and 2005 PAC-10 Coach of the Year awards. |

Leslie Tuiasosopo is currently the Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for the UW women's volleyball program. She is also responsible for training the team's middle blockers.
As a coach, she has been on the sidelines for the University of Washington for nine seasons. She is a former Husky standout middle blocker who was ranked in the top 25 nationally in blocks per game in each of her four seasons as a player at UW. |

Jose "Keno" Gandara just completed his fifth season as an Assistant Coach for the UW women's team. Keno played collegiately at UC Santa Barbara and then with the USA Men's National Team as well as in the Professional League in Puerto Rico. He was a two time All-American at UCSB as a player.
