Jim McLaughlin just finished his seventh season as Head Coach for the UW women's volleyball program. In 2006, he led the team to their third consecutive trip to the Final Four. In 2005, they swept both Tennessee and then #1 ranked Nebraska to end the year as NCAA National Champions!! McLaughlin was named the 2004 NCAA National Coach of the Year and received the 2002, 2004 and 2005 PAC-10 Coach of the Year awards.
Leslie Tuiasosopois in her 7th season as a UW Assistant Coach. She is a former Husky standout middle blocker who was ranked in the top 25 nationally in blocks per game in each of her four seasons as a player at UW . Currently, Leslie is the Recruiting Coordinator for the volleyball program and is also responsible for training the team's middle blockers.
Jose "Keno" Gandara 
is in his third season as an Assistant coach for the UW women's team. Keno played collegiately at UC Santa Barbara and then with the USA Men's National Team as well as in the Professional League in Puerto Rico. He was a two time All-American at UCSB as a player.
